Satechi introduced two Bluetooth remote controls: the R1 Bluetooth Presentation Remote and the R2 Bluetooth Multimedia Remote Control that comes with a Bluetooth 5.0 connection that can operate from 32 meters.
Both offer a presentation controller, as the R1 Bluetooth Presentation Remote includes back / forward buttons, a virtual keyboard, and a black screen feature to help take full control of the presentation. The R2 Bluetooth Multimedia Remote Control presentation mode includes four-way arrows, home / left / right mouse buttons, and mouse on / off. IR2 Remote also offers multimedia controls for music, videos, and more, including volume adjustment, forward / backward, play / pause, Home / Siri, mute, and enable virtual keyboard.
Both the R1 and R2 remotes can be updated via USB-C. According to Satechians, a single complete renovation could take up to six months.
